The Client Development Associate would report to a Client Development Manager.
Responsibilities
- Serve as both internal team and client support through ongoing awareness campaigns and product functionality extensions
- Develop and maintain strong direct customer relationships on a day-to-day basis to advance established business objectives
- Support new clients through the initial implementation process inclusive of file exchange and format, ad space development, website look/feel and overall marketing messaging utilized
- Work closely with the internal product development team to serve as the voice of the customer to drive strategic design considerations
- Develop, maintain and communicate (both written and verbally) account activity, milestones, obstacles and performance against plan progress to internal management team on a regular basis
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of newly acquired accounts to the Client Development organization
- Develop presentation materials which capture key performance metrics and supported implementation recommendations for customer interaction on a regular basis
- Business case development for product/distribution extension opportunities as needed
