We focus solely on player loyalty and marketing solutions for the U.S. regulated gaming industry. What is GameLogic's mission?
We are laser-focused on helping operators enhance their customer relationships and attract new players. With supply for the first time exceeding demand in a number of markets and capital at a premium, operators have to protect their player relationships and provide new, exciting and efficient ways to interact with their customers.
What kind of results could a casino expect with a GameLogic implementation?
It's actually quite amazing. With our initial Fun Play implementations, casinos are experiencing a significant increase in web traffic, on average 2 times their average from before the launch. In some cases it has been significantly more. Of those new web visits, we are finding that about 10% will register online for a new player club card which includes name, address and an email address and of those, 25% will actually go to the casino to activate their cards. These new players are proving to be worth significantly more in Average Daily Theoretical (ADT) in most cases as much as 3 times as a new club member that the casino acquires through their existing channels.
Our Bonus Play module is aimed more at interacting with existing and lapsed players, including those acquired through Fun Play. In most cases the casinos are inviting their players to come daily to play games and receive awards and promotions. Here again, we materially drive incremental web traffic to the casino site, over and above the traffic generated by Fun Play. On average, for every 3 web visits, we are generating a new casino visit. And because the games are exciting, fun to play and there is a chance to "win" an award, we are generating significant web traffic and interest in the program.

What is PlayAway?
PlayAway is a casino loyalty and visit acquisition system. GameLogic created this system to allow licensed casino operators to effectively use the Internet to attract new players and to interact with their players when they are away from the casino. PlayAway drives the web traffic that is critical to the success of any Internet marketing program.
How difficult is it to implement the program?
It's relatively easy for operators to implement any of GameLogic's products, which are provided under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. GameLogic licenses its platforms for use as a service on demand and also hosts the application on its own web servers. For day-to-day operations and support, GameLogic acts as a technology and marketing service bureau. This creates a simple turnkey system for operators, with low operational costs. Most implementations take less than 30 days from project start, depending on the module, and in any event should never take more than 90 days.
Are there any legal issues with implementing PlayAway?
The Money Play module has been formally approved in New Jersey, Nevada, Mississippi and by the National Indian Gaming Commission. Fun Play and Bonus Play have not required any formal regulatory approvals.
With games being such an important part of PlayAway, how often do you plan to release new games?
We currently have 50 titles and we're on track to release 5 to 10 games per quarter. Introducing new game content is key to the success of our PlayAway system. Our game design studio employs over half of our employees today.
